BUILDING QUEUE · CONTRACT BUILDER
The 24-hour builder can work much longer than 24 hours.
A Contract Builder opens a temporary building queue for 24 hours. If you start a longer upgrade before the contract expires, that building keeps running until it is complete — it does not stop when the 24 hours run out.
USE THE LAST HOURS WELL
Before the temporary queue expires, consider starting a long Castle prerequisite or another upgrade you already planned.

CASTLE PROGRESSION
Let the Castle tell you what to build next.
Open the Castle and check the prerequisites for its next level. Prioritize those blockers instead of upgrading every building evenly. Once the Castle upgrade is running, your other queue can catch up secondary buildings.
FOCUS, DON'T NEGLECT
This is a progression shortcut, not a reason to ignore your Academy, Hospitals, storage or other buildings that your account actually needs.

RAIDS · TROOP RESERVES
A strong march can still run out of troops.
During repeated raids and PvE fights, keep an eye on your available and wounded troop counts. A march can start performing much worse simply because the units behind your Immortals are depleted.
THIS IS WHAT SAVED SPEEDUPS ARE FOR
Training speedups can rebuild reserves, while healing speedups can return wounded troops when you need to keep fighting.
