Healing Speedups
Repeated fighting creates wounded troops quickly. Keep healing acceleration available for the moments when staying combat-ready matters.
FIRST SVS · SEASON 1
A practical first-timer guide to the Frozen Realm — what happens first, what to save, how Thermal Towers shape the map and how every active player can contribute.
Each server begins inside its own starting area. Build Thermal Towers, gather and clear the early PvE objectives first. After the side-gate shields drop, the outer ring opens for cross-server combat.
01 · BEFORE FROST
Repeated fighting creates wounded troops quickly. Keep healing acceleration available for the moments when staying combat-ready matters.
A strong march still needs troops behind it. Rebuild depleted reserves instead of discovering too late that your Immortals are marching half-empty.
Movement and timing matter around Thermals, checkpoints and coordinated pushes. Save some speed for situations where seconds actually matter.
Keep repositioning tools and Protection Barriers available. They become increasingly important once the map opens and enemy servers can reach your area.
02 · MAP CONTROL
Thermals create geothermal territory, expand usable map control and are required to reach key objectives. Think of the tower network as the infrastructure behind every serious push.
R6/R5 control Thermal production and placement permissions. A poor route wastes time and Alliance Resources; a good chain opens cities, gates and staging positions efficiently.
Once a Thermal is placed, alliance members can send marches to construct and support it. You do not need to be a whale to be useful to the map plan.
03 · GATHERING
In the Frozen Realm, gathering also produces bonus Alliance Resources used to manufacture Thermal Towers. The resources converted for the alliance are generated as a bonus — they are not deducted from what the gathering player receives.
That makes gathering one of the clearest ways for smaller and F2P accounts to contribute directly to territorial expansion.
04 · GATES & PROTECTION
The starting areas are the setup phase. Establish Thermals, gather and clear the first PvE objectives while the side gates are still protected.
Once the relevant gate shields fall, cross-server contact expands. Exposed castles become real targets, so Protection Barriers and positioning matter much more.
Starting an attack removes active protection. Also remember that protection cannot be activated in designated areas around checkpoints.
05 · EVERY PLAYER MATTERS
Personal Legion’s Marks can come from many activities, not only PvP. Contribution is broader than who has the biggest march.
06 · COMMON FIRST-FROST MISTAKES
Frostborne is a staged campaign. Keep enough speedups, troops and mobility for the phases that matter later.
Watch available and wounded units during repeated fighting. March power on paper does not help if the march cannot fill its troops.
Tower range determines access to important objectives. Random placement can sabotage an otherwise good push.
A server wastes enormous strength when its alliances build competing plans instead of coordinating objectives and timing.
Gathering, Thermal construction, support, defense and information all matter. Organized activity multiplies raw power.
Frostborne has changed repeatedly. Treat current in-game rules as primary and date time-sensitive advice.
Wonder Builder was replaced by the alliance tactic No Losses. Current in-game rules always override old Frostborne guides.
Specific battlefield calls belong to the moment. This page is here to make the rules and first-timer concepts understandable before those calls arrive.
